where

 Atomic-Number   : an integer number between 1 and 92.

 Number_of_Shells  : an integer number between 1 and 25.

 Binding[j]     : a real number for the binding energy of the j-th
                       group of shells.

 Profile[i,j]    : a real number for the i-th component of the
                       cummulative profile for the j-th group of shells
                       having the same binding energy.
